Vintage Composition Baby Doll 23"

Vintage Composition Baby Doll. I do not see a makers mark anywhere. Head ,arms and legs composition body cloth. These were the clothes that were on doll Boy or Girl not really sure. Sweet face with BIG brown eyes that open and close. Has 2 front teeth and red lips needs touched up with paint. This doll has major cracking and chipping as U can see. Face and other parts I could not get spots off needs some extra scrubbing. This is another doll from the house cleanout that was closed up since 1998. Found in a closet needs TLC. There looks to be a crier on lower back as shown but I couldn't get any sounds. Tape on right leg. doll is approx: 23"  I don't know if someone can repair or if its too far gone, possibly for parts??? Ask if U have questions.
