Vintage Bill Lankford Tudor 3 Floor Half Scale 1:24 House Local Pick Up

I believe this to be Bill Lankford 3 story Tudor house.  I believe it was from a class he taught.  I am not sure.  You be the judge.  Keep in mind when bidding.  This is for local pick up.  Upon winning please bring QR code sent to you by Ebay.  It is half scale 1:24.  This is a work in progress.  "Good bones".  Wonderful detail.  Needs adjustments.  Please look carefully at photos.  Some of the windows and doors are not permanently attached.  A lot of work has gone into this.  20" tall from bottom of base to top of chimney.  The wood base measures 14" wide x 12" deep.  Wonderful start.  Charming.
