Storage
Keep your peppercorns in a cool dry place away from sunlight or flourescent light.
Either use a mason jar with an air tight seal, or my preferred method of vacuum packing.
Personally, I feel vacuum packaging provides a far superior result
as you can separate into many packs that can remain untouched until it’s time to open.
"Pink peppercorns are related to cashews and may produce an
allergic response in people with allergies to tree nuts."
