This is an original 14" x 36" Insert movie poster. Insert posters are great because the images are often different from the normal 'one-sheet' lobby posters.
Insert posters were sent to the theaters rolled and were often folded after the fact. This poster was folded horizontally several times.
Guest Wife (1945) - starring Claudette Colbert, Don Ameche, and Dick Foran.
Nominated for one Academy Award for Best Music, Scoring of a Dramatic or Comedy Picture.
Condition notes: This poster is in good condition considering that it is almost 80 years old! There is a moderate amount of edge wear and a small piece missing from the left edge. A tear at the bottom has been repaired on the back. Please take a look at the photos.
