4” high Sidesplashes and Backsplash with Ogee edge.
Center undermount Kohler Biscuit (color) Sink Bowl which you can keep or replace with your own. Kohler sink alone worth 0.
Installed within last few years. If you have a smaller vanity, like 36” or 30” or 24”, you can have this fabricated to fit, they will cut the sides for you and match any outer edge. The granite alone was over 0 new.
Colonial Cream is an off-white / light beige with black brown and tan accent speckles.
Pickup only from Tower Lakes 60010. Willing to ship if buyer pays for shipping. We will drop off at FedEx or UPS. Also have access to a freight shipping option, if seriously interested, could get an estimate.
