Dollhouse Miniature Room Box "Christmas in Kentucky" w/Fireplace OOAK 12 Volt

Description

This "Christmas in Kentucky" room box build, is completely made from scratch from start to finish as well as all the furniture.
Dimensions are as follows: 17 1/2" Wide - 11 3/4"  Deep - 11 3/4" Tall
The fireplace is a working fireplace with
flickering
lights, making this a more realistic fire with real black walnut logs. The fox hunt picture is vintage and very old and seems to work well in this setting.  The solid brass working hurricane lamps with real glass shades flank the fireplace. The andirons and fireplace tools are solid brass.
The birch walls are stained in walnut to match the fireplace.
Hand laid wood flooring and stained.  The trunk is made from wood and has leather embellishments, with a sliding tray inside.
The couch is made from leather and has several handmade pillows and a blanket, for those chilling evenings, all done in plaid.
The drapery is 100% silk, with a silk tassel.
The LV bags are paper and the handles are leather.
The large picture glass (acrylic) window overlooks a cold wintery day, making the warm fire inviting, with a nod to the state bird, the Cardinal.
The large picture is of a beloved horse this family owns and is lit with a picture light that is handmade.
The dry bar is set up with Maker's Mark and two glass filigree cocktail glasses and solid brass candle sticks, with additional accessories.
The Christmas tree is lit with warm lights and adorned with tinsel and silver ornaments.
The book shelf has glass shelves, and has a light at the top, shining down the glass.
This comes with a transformer, included, that will plug into your household outlet. With an on/off push button for even more convenience. There are several lighting features and they are all led.
There is nothing to purchase, all the lighting and the transformer is included making this a plug and play for you.
The scenery can be changed, if you would like.
The outside is finished in off white.
There is an access panel in the back.
