Cold Spin Technology in the Breville BJE430SILUSC Juice Fountain® Cold juicer reduces heat transfer when juicing, preventing heat from diminishing the vitamins and minerals in fruits and vegetables. Because the feed chute is 3 inches wide, it accommodates most products without prepping and cutting. This juicer has two speed options: a higher speed for dense products and a lower speed for soft fruits and leafy vegetables. After product is juiced, the 70-ounce-capacity jug can be stored in the refrigerator, or juice can be emptied directly into a glass.
