Bill Lankford Two Floor Miniature Brownstone Coca Cola Building 1:24 Half Scale

I believe this is vintage Bill Larkford two story miniature Brownstone building.  I am not sure so you be the judge.  Keep in mind when bidding. I believe it was done in one of his classes.  Neat detail.  Wonderful artistry.  Building with base is heavy.  If shipping is over I will reimburse balance.  Wonderful interior to use your imagination with.  This is 1:24 scale, half scale.  Building itself measures 11" tall x 9" wide x 11" deep (not including the attached back porch/stairwell).  The base measures 10" wide x 18" deep.  Nostalgic Coca Cola advertisement on side.  Neat vintage building.
