This is a Bill Lankford miniature 2 story stucco chalet.  It is from a class he taught. This for local pick up.  Upon winning please bring QR code sent to you by Ebay.  It is half scale 1:24.  This is a work in progress.  "Good bones".  Wonderful detail.  Fencing needs some adjustments.  Needs front entrance way and window.  Please look carefully at photos.  Chimney is not permanently attached.  Some of the paint from the roof has separated with it.  Many textures.  Metal roof.   Neat weathered stairwell in back.  Stucco wall with swinging wood door in yard.   15 1/2" tall from bottom of base to top of roof.  The chalet is 10" deep x 9" wide.  Wonderful.
