This is a Bill Lankford miniature 2 story store.  It is from a class he taught. This for local pick up.  Upon winning please bring QR code sent to you by Ebay.  It is half scale 1:24.  This is a work in progress.  "Good bones".  Wonderful detail.  Neat weathered wood 2 floor store.  First floor has glass windows and door.  Two windows great for display. Stoned on outside of first floor.  Metal salmon weathered roof.  Large wrapped around balcony on second floor.  Wonderful artistry.
